The level of spoken english of receptionist needs to be improved.

The staff here were super friendly and gave us some great recommendations. 😊 Our room with two beds was fantastic. We enjoyed having treats and coffee at Starbucks, even though it was a bit of a trek from the hotel.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. The staff provided warm and friendly service, making us feel welcomed. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

The cleanliness could have been better, as we noticed dust and hair in our room. the front desk staff's English was not consistent, as some were more helpful than others.

One of the downsides of our stay was the ongoing renovation work taking place in the hotel. The main lobby was closed and check-in/check-out had to be done on a higher floor with only two desks available.
